Students can full their degree in just six semesters or 76 credit score hours. Each 12 months, only 15 college students are admitted to the exclusive two-semester Pastry/Baking program. Students work within the faculty pastry store and learn to work each as a team and as a person. The Dietary Manager Certificate prepares college students for the dietary supervisor examination. Students complete a practicum and subject experience as part of this program.
